Job Title: Dealer Development Paralegal

Volt Management is seeking a highly skilled Dealer Development Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our National Dealer Network Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our automotive clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch dealer packages and review submissions to ensure completeness and adherence to agreements, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for new Sales and Service Agreements, renewals, amendments, buy/sells, terminations, and other related activities.
  • Update and maintain national master file databases, address inquiries, and manage activities related to buy/sells, open points, and terminations.
  • Monitor dealer activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of intercompany databases and master dealer files.
  • Support the development of Departmental policy and procedure protocols regarding proposal evaluation and market representation objectives.
  • Generate and publish reports, identify and resolve systems issues, enhance communications on Market Representation databases and websites, and support ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of dealer development experience in the automotive field.
  • Strong background working with service agreements, NDAs, and contracts.

Volt Management offers a competitive hourly rate of up to $38-$40 per hour, with full-time hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
