The ideal candidate will welcome visitors and answer incoming calls in a warm and professional manner, maintaining a clean and neat reception area. They will handle specific resident services and community tasks as assigned and seek administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure CAPLICO Core Values and Code of Conduct are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with Resident Rights and HIPAA policies at all times.
  • Provide a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community services provided.
  • Operate the paging/telephone system as required.
  • Take detailed messages when appropriate and ensure they are relayed promptly to the intended person.
  • Ensure the reception areas are clean, neat, and inviting.
  • Perform clerical functions associated with resident admission, discharges, and readmission as assigned.
  • Perform typing, copying, and faxing for all departments as requested.
