Job Summary

This Revenue Cycle Liaison II role is a key position in our team, responsible for ensuring practice satisfaction, accountability, and operational support as it relates to the success of the Revenue Cycle. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze trends based on the review of daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports and dashboards.
  • Present potential solutions to department and Revenue Cycle leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Training & Education teams on developing education materials based from the resolutions/outcomes of the improvement opportunities presented at inter disciplinary meetings.
Requirements
  • 5 years experience in healthcare operations or accounting/financial practices.
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in all MS Office Products.
  • Intermediate Skills in MS Excel Required.
  • Proficient communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HFMA Membership with Certified Specialist Physician Practice Management (CSPPM) preferred (within 1 year of hire).
