Verizon Prepaid Business Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Territory Account Executives to drive sales and business growth for our Indirect Partners
  • Develop and monitor individual and team performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets
  • Assign sales territories to Territory Account Executives and provide ongoing coaching and training
  • Present creative, compelling proposals, presentations, and business reviews to Indirect senior leadership
  • Measure and monitor KPIs for Indirect Partners, developing and executing plans to meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, training, or customer service
  • 4+ years of experience leading a sales team
  • Ability to assess performance, drive sales and productivity, and interpret/analyze sales results
  • Financial acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions
