Senior Sales Director

Thyssenkrupp Nucera USA Inc is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our proposal development team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of proposal development specialists to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposals and ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
- Review and edit proposals to ensure they meet client requirements and showcase our company's expertise.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment that promotes innovation and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, proposal success rates, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in senior sales and/or proposal management roles, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and driving business growth.
- Flat hierarchies and short decision-making routes.
- International work environment in interdisciplinary and multinational teams.
- Very good development opportunities either in a specialist or in a management function.
