Job Overview

Thyssenkrupp Nucera USA Inc is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our proposal development team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of proposal development specialists to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposals and ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Review and edit proposals to ensure they meet client requirements and showcase our company's expertise.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment that promotes innovation and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, proposal success rates, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in senior sales and/or proposal management roles, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and driving business growth.
