Your Role: As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring junior staff while overseeing significant projects. Your expertise will be essential in making critical design decisions and ensuring the quality of our engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design initiatives with minimal oversight, making impactful recommendations.
  • Plan and allocate tasks for project teams across various project sizes.
  • Engage in quality assurance processes to uphold project standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for field issues, requiring site visits as necessary.

Technical Path:

  • Contribute to the leadership of our Technical Operations Team for diverse projects.
  • Analyze technical challenges and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Participate in project reviews to ensure quality control for complex undertakings.

Project Management Path:

  • Act as Project Manager for large-scale projects or multiple smaller initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, assisting in marketing efforts.
  • Prepare proposals and actively engage in client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's in Structural Engineering is preferred.
  • Possession of a Structural Engineer license.
  • A minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in the field.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasional driving and physical activities such as kneeling or reaching.
