Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide a team of structural engineering professionals, focusing on the development of future leaders and succession planning.

- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.

- Identify necessary resources and skill sets to meet project objectives, managing contracts, tracking costs, and ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.

- Foster collaboration and teamwork across various business lines and geographical locations.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects within the transportation sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues at all levels and external clients, subcontractors, and professional organizations.
- A motivated and dynamic team player eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain a client-focused approach across various project sectors.

Education and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio or able to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
