Job Summary:
The Baldwin Group is seeking a highly skilled Client Manager, Employee Benefits to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and agency personnel to deliver exceptional service and promote a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities of client accounts, including policy review, changes, and updates, contract reviews, and financial statements related to the client's insurance.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining carrier relationships.
- Maintain accurate and consistent client files in AMS, ensuring proper documentation and communication in accordance with company workflows, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage client inquiries and work with insurance partners and/or internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and complete special projects as assigned.
- Continually seek opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and processes, bringing issues and discrepancies to appropriate leadership.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of related insurance experience or associated industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Obtain and maintain a state insurance license(s), as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide risk management consulting or risk transfer solutions as necessary in states where the firm functions.
