Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC. This key position is responsible for resolving customer needs by ensuring that task and order requirements are accurately detailed and completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, including Builders, Masterbrand field Teams, and Subcontractors, to problem-solve customer needs.
  • Diagnose and prescribe solutions to resolve customer concerns, ensuring alignment with company expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Field Service Representative, Sales Representative, and Builder to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Enter customer orders and quotes using designated systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solve incomplete service, warranty, quality walk, and installer work debrief, and complete service work orders in Salesforce.
  • Communicate scheduled completion dates with customers for scheduled service appointments.
  • Act upon internal Salesforce communication requiring additional service trips and process accordingly.
Requirements
  • Customer focus and orientation, with a strong emphasis on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Strong detail orientation and accuracy of work, with the ability to positively interact and communicate with customers.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where standardized methods and procedures may exist.
  • Previous related employment experience, preferably in the cabinet industry, is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while remaining calm.
