**About the Role:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Northern Montana Health Care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of office procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask with ease. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, answering phones, and responding to their queries.

About the Job:
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide general information about the practice.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient registration, and handle administrative tasks.
- Distribute written prescriptions and sample medications, verifying names before dispensing.
- Responsible for all patient registration, assisting patients at the time of departure, and scheduling ancillary tests or return appointments.
- Use the cash drawer with accuracy, taking payments on accounts, and providing receipts.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Keyboarding skills of at least 35 wpm.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to comprehend, retain, and apply given information.
- A good understanding of lab and imaging tests and the ability to order them with accuracy.
