We are looking for a dedicated barista/cashier to join our bakehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and serve a diverse range of coffee and tea drinks following established recipes and quality benchmarks.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment with precision.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a friendly atmosphere while ensuring a tidy and organized café environment.
  • Process customer orders, including beverages, food items, and other menu selections.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the bakehouse menu offerings and their ingredients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the operational aspects of a venue such as a restaurant, bar, and bakehouse.
  • Effective communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
