Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beverage Specialist to join our team at Twelvemonth, a 300-seat destination Restaurant, Bar, and Bakehouse in Burlingame, California.

About the Role:

As a Beverage Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and quality standards. You will also operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-related equipment, address customer inquiries and concerns, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere and clean and organized cafe space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to high standards.
  • Operate and maintain coffee-related equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cafe space.
  • Process customer orders and manage cash handling.
  • Stay informed about menu items and ingredients.
