Job Details:
  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm.
  • Starting Pay: $22/hour.
  • Location: 320 Beach Road, Burlingame, CA,94010. Must be able to work in the office.

Responsibilities:
  • Create custom typefaces, vector graphics, and illustrations for client logos, labels, packaging products, and other branding materials.
  • Employ AI tools to streamline the packaging design workflow, incorporating automated features for efficient design iteration and production.
  • Resize and reformat provided artwork to ensure high quality, print-ready files.
  • Set up spot printing plates for print embellishing.
  • Proof digital and physical product samples before mass production.
  • Sketch, draft, and size custom die-lines based on client specifications.
  • Engage with clients during acquisition, design planning, and sales.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively at a high level of creative execution.
  • Use internal task management software to track and maintain data for each order.
  • Related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in packaging design, graphic design, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional print design experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Procreate, Adobe Photoshop or other similar programs.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Knowledge and interest in creating innovative packaging solutions.
