As a Design Sales Associate, you will develop, maintain, and interact with customers in person, via text message, email, and social media DMs, as well as other forms of electronic communication. You will work with a broad scope of new and existing customers to increase sales of our products and services. Your role includes developing sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to achieve increased sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate effective sales techniques in the areas of engagement, determining needs, overcoming objections, adding on, and closing the sale.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective account management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries during in-person consultations, online communication, or phone call consultations.
  • Generate estimates and invoices based on client order specifications.
  • Collect deposit and balance payments for orders using the Square POS system and Square Invoicing software.
  • Provide professional graphic design guidance for customers, taking into account image quality and file formats required for the final product.
  • Create project briefs for graphic design, illustration, and animation teams.
  • Provide after-sale support to customers, including information on new products and services.
  • Communicate with design, production, and shipping teams regarding the status of orders, customer requests, and other applicable information.
  • Use internal task management software to track and maintain data for each order.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in POS and invoicing systems required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat is required.
  • Familiarity with the printing service industry is a plus.

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm
  • Salary: $22/hour
