Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Family Services Inc. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our outpatient behavioral health center, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage client schedules, appointments, and reminders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet clients, collect fees, and provide routine information about clinic procedures and services.
  • Record Keeping and Data Entry: Accurately record daily fee collection, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry tasks in our electronic medical record system.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to client inquiries, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of full-time clerical work experience or completion of a clerical training program with an internship.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in software packages for word processing and database management.
