Office Coordinator

As an Office Assistant at Roberts Resorts & Communities, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the management team in various capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Epic Customer Service and serve as the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents.
- Assist with planning and coordinating community events and activities.
- Support the management team with various tasks related to organization and communication.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive material with discretion.
- Ensure that community offices are kept clean and presentable.
- Perform administrative functions, including answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and implementation of resident relation activities/events.
- Collect and post fees, rents, inspection fees, or other fees, and record in the proper accounts.
- Make collection calls for rental payments.
- Forward customer service requests to the appropriate Manager.
- Occasionally inspect the community for lease violations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage customer service related to private events in the Community Amenity Centers.

Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years secretarial/administrative/customer service experience.
- Professional phone presence when talking to customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
- Ability to work well independently and on a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Proficient in basic computer programs, including MS Office-Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
