Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team at TriTech Enterprise Systems Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Monitor and respond to service desk tickets
- Document and communicate information to develop templates
- Assist in enhancing documentation for Tier 2 and Tier 3 routing
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in a helpdesk environment
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Experience with knowledge bases and ticketing systems
Preferred Experience:
- Working in a helpdesk environment using technical skills to resolve end-user issues
- Troubleshooting applications like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Active Directory, remote access
- Using a knowledge base to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Using a ticketing system to create, document, track, and route tickets while adhering to service level agreements
