Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team at TriTech Enterprise Systems Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone and in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Monitor and respond to service desk tickets
  • Document and communicate information to develop templates
  • Assist in enhancing documentation for Tier 2 and Tier 3 routing

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a helpdesk environment
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Experience with knowledge bases and ticketing systems

Preferred Experience:

  • Working in a helpdesk environment using technical skills to resolve end-user issues
  • Troubleshooting applications like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Active Directory, remote access
  • Using a knowledge base to identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Using a ticketing system to create, document, track, and route tickets while adhering to service level agreements
