Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software in classified areas.
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless support and maintenance of computer systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in computer support or related field.
  • Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, PCs, and MS Office Applications.
  • Experience with networking protocols and audio-visual equipment.
