KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and implement revisions from Designers utilizing AutoCAD.
  • Incorporate changes from MOCs to assist Document Control with Schematics and P&IDs.
  • Perform general AutoCAD tasks to support the Design Team.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of drafting standards, techniques, and practices.
  • Ensure safety while working in both office and refinery settings.
  • Conduct field walkdowns as necessary.
  • Establish CAD environment, including libraries and layers.
  • Utilize Ponca City Refinery's design standards and project protocols to generate project drawings, including but not limited to:
    • Schematics / Isometrics
    • P&IDs
    • Building layouts, equipment layouts, cable tray/pipe routing
    • Pipe schedules
    • Installation Details
    • Bill of Materials

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-5 years of experience in drafting.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a project team.
  • Capable of interacting with a diverse group of professionals (Mechanical and/or I&E Designers, Engineers, Contractors).
  • Fundamental understanding of Process & Instrumentation Symbology.
