We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Services Specialist I/II to join our team at Oklahoma Human Services. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience in our retail space.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine eligibility for Adult and Family Services programs.
- Interview clients in an office setting or via phone, gathering necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Manage a caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Compile data and complete documentation to support eligibility determinations.
- Make referrals to community resources, connecting clients with essential services.
- Participate in individual and staff conferences, staying informed about program updates and best practices.
- Attend mandatory training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education and experience requirements vary depending on the level of the position, with Level I requiring two years of clerical office work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Level II requires a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree plus two years of clerical office work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- A competitive annual salary, with Level I starting at $37,440.00 and Level II at $40,248.00.
