Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience in our retail space.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine eligibility for Adult and Family Services programs.
  • Interview clients in an office setting or via phone, gathering necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Manage a caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Compile data and complete documentation to support eligibility determinations.
  • Make referrals to community resources, connecting clients with essential services.
  • Participate in individual and staff conferences, staying informed about program updates and best practices.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education and experience requirements vary depending on the level of the position, with Level I requiring two years of clerical office work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Level II requires a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree plus two years of clerical office work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A competitive annual salary, with Level I starting at $37,440.00 and Level II at $40,248.00.
