As the Senior Manager of Tech Support, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan for the technical support department, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
As the head of technical support, your key responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and creating a high-performing technical support team. You will oversee daily operations, foster a positive team environment, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing a strategic plan aligned with company goals.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing technical support team.
  • Ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Developing and implementing support processes and best practices.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and experience in leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in technical support, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role. Experience with Zendesk and Amazon Seller Central is highly preferred. We also look for analytical skills, the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
