Role Overview:
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within the engineering team that supports our product offerings. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and understanding the application architecture. You will translate abstract architectural concepts into tangible designs and influence their implementation. Your proficiency in software engineering patterns will be essential in creating robust and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement architecture independently while also guiding fellow engineers through proposed software designs and providing constructive feedback.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to assist the team in addressing operational challenges and prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in software development.
- Strong knowledge of Target's technology landscape and competitive products.
- Experience in configuring and deploying packages, with the ability to create custom solutions.
- Proficient in core development platforms and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to write and organize code in multiple programming languages.
