Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Promote wellness package memberships to guests
  • Suggest enhancements to client treatment plans, such as aromatherapy
  • Inform guests about additional services, including facials and stretching
  • Encourage retail purchases based on service provider recommendations

Customer Service

  • Welcome guests and members upon arrival
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle phone inquiries and proactively reach out to clients for appointment bookings
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving skills

Administrative Duties

  • Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain accurate client records and communicate their needs to service providers
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of common areas
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

Prior experience in sales and customer service is preferred. Candidates should possess strong computer skills and cash handling abilities. The ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively in a vibrant environment is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
