Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary contact for all inquiries and support.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant, gaining a deep understanding of client objectives and preferences.
  • Oversee the invoicing and billing processes, collaborating with the Billing Manager to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead business development initiatives to meet revenue targets for the Central Texas Site Development department.
  • Address accounts receivable issues and resolve any billing disputes raised by clients.
  • Establish effective communication channels with clients to facilitate seamless information exchange.
  • Conduct regular updates and meetings to keep clients informed of project progress.
  • Manage and support the Central Texas Site Development team, ensuring alignment with the company's core values.
  • Identify training opportunities for team members and support their professional development.
  • Ensure project managers and teams understand and meet client expectations regarding scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure design solutions align with client goals, fostering innovation and value.
  • Provide strategic oversight on projects, enhancing overall success through quality assurance and control.
  • Continuously assess client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles and address any concerns promptly.
  • Measure success through client retention and satisfaction metrics, and develop strategies to enhance these outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing proposals in collaboration with project teams and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Texas PE License is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in client management within the civil engineering sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with civil engineering industry standards and best practices.
