Position Summary: We are currently seeking dependable customer service representatives who are bilingual in English and Spanish. This role is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a prominent financial institution.

Compensation: The pay rate for this position is $20 per hour.

Training Schedule: Training will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for a duration of seven weeks.

Post-Training Schedule: After training, the regular work hours will be from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, including one weekend and one weekday off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze customer credit card profiles, payments, and accounts.
  • Assist clients in comprehending their account balances.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, particularly during early morning shifts.
  • Redirect escalated calls to appropriate personnel as necessary.
  • Meet performance metrics, including average handle time and quality assurance scores, with weekly evaluations conducted by management.

Essential Functions:
