Accounting Manager

Job Summary
The Accounting Manager at Compass Group, North America, will oversee the planning and management of three teams responsible for AP processing, work order billing, and internal customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
- Oversee the production of periodic financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Presents recommendations to management on process standardization and streamlining.
- Identifies opportunities for process automation to support upcoming growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
- Five years or more of related experience required.
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
