A Day in the Life

As a Private Client Services Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all steps in the processing of evidence of property, binders, ID cards, invoicing, accounting, endorsements, and applications.
  • Maintaining electronic files and performing account rounding.
  • Assisting clients with coverage issues and changes, and handling limited new business sales.
  • Managing the marketing process and following up on aged receivables.
  • Providing verbal and written correspondence with clients, carriers, and mortgage companies.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a professional with:

  • 4+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven customer service and relations.
  • Able to research and analyze problems independently and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasked and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook.
  • Able to self-check for accuracy and learn the Agency Management System and Imaging System.
  • A Property & Casualty resident agents license or obtain within 90 days.
