Insurance Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Services Account Manager to join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage client accounts, including evidence of property, binders, ID cards, invoicing, accounting, endorsements, and applications.
- Maintain accurate electronic files and perform account rounding.
- Effectively communicate with clients, carriers, and mortgage companies to resolve coverage issues and changes.
- Contribute to new business sales and manage the marketing process.
- Follow up on aged receivables and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to research and analyze problems independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to self-check for accuracy and learn the Agency Management System and Imaging System.
- Property & Casualty resident agents license or obtain within 90 days.
