Sales Representative

The Sales Associate at Sweathouz American Fork plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional sales and service experience to our guests and members. This involves offering studio memberships and retail products and services in a compelling and well-rounded approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with guests and members to translate the mission of Sweathouz through its product and service offerings.
- Focus on behaviors that drive member acquisition and retention.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute the relationship-based sales model with each guest and passionately relate how Sweathouz services will satisfy their needs and goals.
- Tour potential members through the studio and describe the facilities, services, and amenities that directly tie back to the guest's individual needs and goals.
- Communicate membership options in a clear and concise manner.
- Effectively and professionally enroll guests using company sales techniques and protocol.
- Onboard new members successfully and assist with all member retention activities to drive club profitability.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Responsible for effectively setting appointments for all leads and potential new business.
- Communicate and promote marketing campaigns to leads and members.
- Manage and follow up on leads/new business using company software.
- Execute daily plan for successful lead management and selling activities.
Member Experience:
- Partner with Studio Manager to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member retention.
- Ensure members receive a friendly greeting/check-in and prompt attention to their needs.
- Maintain name relationships with members and serve as a resource for their questions or concerns.
- Provide a clean, friendly, well-maintained studio to members and guests.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator Certification (AED) received through in-person training required.
- Specialized credentials preferred or equivalent work experience or education in specialized function.
Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales environment.
- Experience with relationship-based selling, building value, and overcoming objections.
Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs. Physical efforts required for daily duties including squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, and prolonged standing and walking.
