Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct Patient Assistance: Aid patients with daily living activities, including bathing, feeding, and mobility, under the supervision of registered nurses.
  2. Environmental Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing regular safety checks and organizing patient areas.
  3. Supply Management: Oversee the acquisition and distribution of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for patient care.
  4. Effective Communication: Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide timely feedback to nursing staff.
  5. Documentation: Accurately record patient information and adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards.
  6. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to urgent situations and provide companionship to patients as needed.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include:

  • One year of relevant experience or enrollment in a healthcare training program.
  • Completion of a bachelor's degree in a health sciences discipline.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
