At RAYUS Radiology, we are seeking a Radiology Support Specialist I to provide exceptional service to healthcare facilities, patients, and internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and verifying information, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and performing database queries to optimize radiologist workflow and meet expected turnaround times and client service level agreements.

This is a fully remote, full-time position with a five-day workweek and rotating weekends. The Radiology Support Specialist will work closely with Radiologists, clients, and peers to identify and resolve issues, execute critical findings, and document 100% of super-stat process to meet TAT expectations.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role, and a strong ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service
  • Efficiently draft X-Ray reports and verify required cross-sectional images
  • Remediate exceptions and outstanding/past due items on worklist
  • Work closely with Radiologists, clients, and peers to identify and resolve issues
  • Execute critical findings and super-stat process with 100% documentation
  • Meet productivity targets and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
  • Strong ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration
  • Previous experience in Radiology and/or a high-volume call center
