About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavior Interventions Inc. as a Clinical Leadership Position. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral assessment and intervention services to support families referred to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides behavioral assessment and intervention services to support families referred to our organization.
  • Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization as a whole.
  • Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions team members through approved supervision activities.
  • Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in company practice management software (CentralReach) and provider-specific sites.
  • Utilize the science of behavior-analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, other family members and to reduce problem behaviors.
  • Collaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriate.
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • Behavior Specialist License (For Pennsylvania Applicants)
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Willingness to see families in the afternoon/evenings after 3pm (3-4 times/week), travel to meet with clients, and work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and clinic
