About the Role

The Account Executive, Mid-Market will play a crucial role in solving tangible client challenges by redefining their definition of what's possible through the implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell. In this role, you will combine acquiring new customers and uncovering market opportunities to get the market talking about Dialpad

You will own the complete sales process from start to finish, working closely with Sales Leadership and Sales Engineers to take a medium-sized business prospect to an active Dialpad client. You will also help businesses solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales process, including converting leads into workable pipeline
  • Build strategic outbounding campaigns and sequencing to source your own opportunities
  • Have weekly 1:1's with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience in managing & closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS)
