Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth in the mid-market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies.
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations to showcase Culture Amp's value proposition.
- Work closely with our Solutions Consultants, People Scientists, and Customer Success Coaches to support and set expectations for customers.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to the growth of our sales team.
- 2+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role, with a proven track record of influencing at the executive level.
- Strong understanding of the mid-market segment and its key challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate Culture Amp's value proposition to key decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- A competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 USD.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, parental leave, and flexible working arrangements.
