Role Overview

The Mid-Market Account Executive role at Rippling presents a unique opportunity for talented sales professionals to drive revenue growth while navigating a strategic sales process. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from engaging with prospects to closing revenue and ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
  • Run sales calls with a short deck presentation and detailed product demo
  • Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently
  • Becoming a product expert across our entire platform and understanding our competitor landscape
  • Working closely with the CSM team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers
Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
  • Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota
  • Experience of success (top 10% of sales org)
  • Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or selling security-related products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
