About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team at Twilio. As a key member of our Segment Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Mid-Market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth in the Mid-Market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Mid-Market companies to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for Twilio's solutions.
  • Employ a value-oriented sales methodology to demonstrate the value of Twilio's products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless sales cycles and customer experiences.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in a pipeline generation motion and a weekly metrics-based approach that measures key activity and pipeline adds.
  • Strong understanding of the Martech industry and the role of data in driving business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and sell at all levels, from individual contributors to C-Suite.
  • Proficient in modern sales processes and methodologies, including value-based sales.
