Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the training and motivation of all store personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers with a smile, offering suggestions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operate the cash register and other equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Price, stock, and face merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Manage product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities to prevent damage or spoilage.
  • Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies and Health Department regulations.
  • Enforce all security and safety policies and procedures.
  • Account for all shift and daily transactions.
  • Present a neat and clean appearance and wear the required dress code.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
  • Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and communicate effectively.
