Job Overview

The Institutional Client Success Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving long-term customer value for Equity Trust Company's high-value Institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Institutional clients, establishing strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers.
  • Collaborate with clients to set performance and processing goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Oversee various projects across different departments to ensure client portfolios are progressing toward goals.
  • Relentlessly troubleshoot client challenges and design creative solutions to obstacles.
  • Connect directly with investors as needed, and conduct regular check-ins to ensure clients receive maximum value.
  • Assist in reporting the value of Equity Trust products and services to clients.
  • Own and track client-related activities and deliverables, using systems such as CRM.
  • Aid Business Development and Leadership in retaining and increasing revenue from Institutional clients.
  • Travel up to 5% annually to meet with clients, and participate in external events as needed.
  • Provide guidance to new Institutional CSM hires, serving as a peer mentor.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Sales or Client/Customer Success experience; Institutional or Enterprise experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; three (3) years of experience in the financial services industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceedingly high client satisfaction scores.
