About this Role:
We are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Compliance Coordinator to become a vital member of our team.

The successful candidate will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, managing transportation compliance files, maintaining driver records, assisting with substance testing processes, and providing support to various HR teams throughout the organization.


What You'll Do:
Efficiently and confidentially execute administrative and clerical tasks.

Manage transportation compliance files, driver records, renewals, and more.

Maintain and update employee information within the HR database.

Support daily HR and transportation operations while assisting the Manager with various initiatives.

Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement and recognition programs.

Assist in scheduling and gathering information for substance testing.

Support additional HR and transportation projects and initiatives as required.

What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.

1-3 years of relevant experience.

Previous experience in transportation compliance is advantageous.

Familiarity with DOT Clearinghouse is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

A collaborative mindset is essential.

Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
