The Compliance Coordinator II is tasked with overseeing, sustaining, and enhancing compliance program activities necessary for adherence to organizational policies and governmental regulations, as well as playing a crucial role in addressing allegations of misconduct.

EDUCATION

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Ethics and Compliance, Investigations, or Audit roles is required.

Demonstrated analytical and investigative capabilities, along with a solid understanding of business processes and associated risks and controls.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling professional interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Proficiency in various software applications, including SAP, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.

A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting priorities and demands.

Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Familiarity with project management principles and practices is advantageous.
