We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our Brand Ambassador Team, which is revolutionizing the hearing aid market with a cutting-edge telehealth solution that simplifies the hearing care journey for both users and providers.

The Full-Time Hearing Aid Sales Consultant operates within Hearing Centers located in retail environments. Your role will involve promoting an innovative range of hearing aids by providing product knowledge training to store teams, offering sales coaching, executing direct sales with customers, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met. Acosta is a leading retail marketing solutions provider dedicated to connecting consumers with beloved brands and transformative technologies that enhance their lives.

This position is ideal for a dynamic, empathetic self-starter with direct sales experience who enjoys engaging with people and wishes to make a significant impact in their lives. The role requires building relationships through various interactions and delivering an outstanding experience at every touchpoint. Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional consultative sales experience to customers in-store.
  • Clearly communicate our unique offerings and mission to potential customers.
  • Develop strategies to enhance sales and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage customer pipelines and oversee the entire sales process until closure.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers throughout their hearing journey.
  • Retain customers by resolving issues and addressing account concerns.
  • Become a product expert, ensuring a best-in-class experience by being knowledgeable about hearing aids, hearing loss, and hearing health.
  • Share insights with operations, sales, and marketing teams to identify challenges, inform decisions, and drive improvements.
  • Offer basic customer support to returning customers with inquiries or assistance needs.
  • Adapt to, learn, and develop new processes as required.

Qualifications

  • Relevant sales experience is preferred, ideally in a consumer retail setting.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic demeanor with the ability to positively influence others.
  • Capable of presenting training materials and technical information to individuals and groups.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
  • Availability to work required retail schedules.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
