The Full-Time Hearing Aid Sales Consultant operates within Hearing Centers situated in retail environments. Your role will involve promoting a cutting-edge brand of hearing aids by providing product knowledge training to store teams, offering sales coaching, directly engaging with customers to drive sales, and ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards. Schedule & Location

  • Full-Time position, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional consultative sales experience to customers in-store
  • Clearly communicate our unique offerings and mission to potential customers
  • Develop strategies to enhance sales and conversion rates
  • Manage customer interactions and the entire sales process through to closing
  • Provide guidance and support for customers throughout their hearing journey
  • Retain customers by effectively resolving issues and addressing concerns.
  • Become a product expert - providing a best-in-class experience requires comfort and knowledge in hearing aids, hearing loss, and hearing health.
  • Share insights with operations, sales, and marketing teams to identify challenges, inform decisions, and drive improvements
  • Offer basic customer support to returning customers with inquiries or needs
  • Adapt to, learn, and create new processes as necessary

Qualifications

  • Relevant sales experience preferred, ideally in a consumer retail setting
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic demeanor with the ability to positively influence others
  • Capability to present training materials and technical information to individuals and groups
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with strong interpersonal and written communication abilities
  • Availability to work required retail schedules
