Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at American Neighborhood Mortgage Acceptance Company LLC. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting our Sales Staff in achieving maximum production levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and hire Loan Originators for the branch and motivate staff to achieve maximum production levels.
- Train and oversee Loan Originators relative to proper sales techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through.
- Establish and maintain client referral relationships with Realtors, builders, and developers and make sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business.
- Monitor quality of loans originated by Loan Originators and ensure they are within company policy guidelines.
- Monitor Loan Originator compensation plans and keep them in balance with production.
- Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Must hold a Mortgage Loan Originator license in state(s) applicable to the branch.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements of various mortgage insurance companies.
- Must have a working knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local bonding programs, and private investors.
- Must be familiar with local, state, and national laws (e.g., zoning ordinances, Truth-in Lending, RESPA, energy audit requirements, etc.).
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze financial information.
- Must be a sales-oriented self-starter.
