About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Healthcare Channel strategy in the US. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to drive growth and expansion in the DME channel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing channel marketing strategies to position Elvie for brand penetration and awareness in the DME channel
  • Establishing relationships with DME providers and negotiating contracts to drive mutual growth
  • Managing a team to drive sales and revenue growth in the DME channel
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the DME space, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insights that drive business decisions
  • Experience managing P&L and budgets, with a strong understanding of financial metrics and KPIs
