Maintenance Supervisor

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production capacity.
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production and scheduling departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices within the maintenance team.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience in maintenance management software a plus.
