Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Representative to join our team at Harris Contracting Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing our services to new clients and developing turnkey solutions for mechanical and plumbing retrofit projects in residential and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market our services to new clients and develop relationships with existing customers
  • Develop and present proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions
  • Qualify prospects, make effective sales presentations, and answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner
  • Promptly address customer concerns to assure resolution of problems and maintain long-term positive relationships
  • Prepare financial justification for solutions and understand energy savings with LEED knowledge

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems and components
  • Experience with plumbing and industrial refrigeration is a plus
  • Ability to prepare financial justification for solutions and understand energy savings with LEED knowledge
  • Experience with customer relationship development and maintenance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment
