Genesis10 is seeking a skilled Legal Recruiter for a contract position. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process for attorneys, paralegals, and other legal positions.
To succeed, you will create and execute strategic recruitment initiatives, build strong relationships with law schools and professional networks, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful recruiter with a deep understanding of recruiting strategies and a passion for matching top talent with exciting career opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for legal roles
- Understanding specific hiring needs and tailoring recruitment strategies accordingly
- Screening resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Establishing relationships and partnerships with law schools
- Implementing and refining recruitment tools and processes
- Monitoring and reporting on recruitment KPIs
Requirements include 2+ years of legal recruiting experience and ATS experience.
