About the Role

We're growing rapidly, and to support this growth, we need a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter at EliseAI, you'll work closely with our leadership team and other Recruiters to find and hire top talent. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process, from sourcing and outreach to evaluating candidates and ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Support the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, outreach, and candidate evaluation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand their hiring objectives and ideal candidate profiles
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates using innovative sourcing techniques and staying up-to-date on hiring market trends
  • Identify, prescreen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates to ensure high-quality talent
  • Hold intake meetings with interviewers to ensure a thorough and comprehensive hiring process
  • Maintain our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure effective reporting and a data-driven recruiting approach
  • Run debriefs on the hiring process and continuously implement improvements
  • Own the creation of job descriptions and practical assessments
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies
  • Plan campus and lateral recruiting events, career fairs, and meetups
  • Ensure all candidates have a positive experience with EliseAI
  • Support other ad-hoc recruiting projects

About You

We're looking for a Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment. You should have a track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels, excellent networking skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. You should also have strong EQ and analytical skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
