Job Title: Commercial Lines Insurance Account Executive

BancFirst is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Insurance Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a book of business and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Renewal and New Business:
    • Meet with producers to discuss marketing plans for expiring accounts.
    • Review expiring exposure and request updates from customers.
    • Conduct annual reviews and make recommendations for new products and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Prepare and send out submissions to markets and negotiate terms and pricing.
  • Accounting and Audits:
    • Resolve accounting discrepancies and manage accounts receivable.
  • General:
    • Maintain accurate customer account information and ensure accuracy in the Agency Management System.
    • Identify customer needs and develop solutions.
    • Work effectively with customer decision makers.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Commercial Property/Casualty coverages.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing and servicing commercial accounts.
  • Ability to work with computer technology and operate general office equipment.
  • Aptitude for accuracy in mathematical calculations.
  • Effective management and delegation skills.
  • Professional negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Organizational and Time Management skills.
  • Current insurance license and professional designation (CIC, CRM, etc.).
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant use of computer screens.
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
  • Intermittent standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.
  • Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.
  • Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds.
