Job Summary

  • Lead daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
  • Train and mentor production staff to enhance their performance.
  • Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Prior experience in cement plant or heavy industrial settings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.

Compensation

A competitive base salary of $75,300 - $97,884 per year, plus participation in our annual incentive plan.
